BIO:
Carmine is a performer, musician in NYC. He is not a reformer, mousetician
as rumored. He is the drummer for Kathleen Hanna's renewed Julie Ruin
project and also plays drums in The Tender Moments - backup band for
the talented Ms. Bridget Everett, among others. In his youth he was
the drummer for the now defunct Black Light Rainbow in the great small
state of Delaware.
As
a performer Carmine collaborates and performs primarily with Adrienne
Truscott but is willing to collaborate with anyone he works with. You
could say he prefers a collaborative atmosphere. He has danced/performed
for/with David Neumann, Stacy Dawson, Neal Medlyn, Jason Schuler, Katie
Workum, among others.
He
is a lover of technology, space, alternative energy, woodworking and
cooking. He has a really great idea for a fancy food truck if anyone
is interested in embarking on new business opportunity. Again, this
can be a collaborative effort but silent partners are acceptable too.
Details upon request and signing of a standard confidentiality document.
He is a maker of numerous films and videos and creates artwork you can
hold in your hand, hang on your wall and/or sit on. He also works as
an exhibit designer at the Long Island Children's Museum with a focus
on technology, development and creation of audio and video content and
component fabrication.
Carmine lives in Brooklyn, NY with his one true love Adrienne and their
two cats ~ Pickles and The Matador.
